- “Customers” shall mean the parties paying for the services, the schools or educational institutions that are purchasing the Service from Future Fund.
- “Third Party Users” shall mean all users who utilize the Service under the Customer’s account, including but not limited to, all parents and guardians who use the Service on behalf of their children.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We also aggregate information on what pages customers and third parties access or visit and information that is volunteered by the customer or third party user (such as survey information and/or site registrations). We do not directly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen, although we do collect information regarding children under the age of thirteen that is entered by the children’s parents or guardians.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
Information Gathering and Usage
When you register for FutureFund we ask for information such as your name, email address, organization name, billing address, and credit card information. FutureFund uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. FutureFund does not share your or your third party users’ personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.
FutureFund uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although FutureFund owns the code, databases, and all rights to all FutureFund applications, you retain all rights to your data.
FutureFund may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as when it is required to do so to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

The service may provide the ability to connect to other websites. These websites may operate independently from us and may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review. If any linked website is not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for its content, any use of the website or the privacy practices of the operator of the website.
We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide personal information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services. We also do not and will not “sell” your third party user’s information, as that term is used in California law.
We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise your privacy rights.
FutureFund may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your FutureFund primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You retain the right to access, amend, correct or delete your personal information where it is inaccurate at any time.
